The Smarter Office Founder, Catherine Price, has been providing cost-effective
workplace solutions since 1998. Through her full service executive suite
company, Execu-Suites Office Business
Centers Inc., and now The Smarter Office, Ms. Price provides companies
and individuals with the products and services required to work and thrive
in today’s competitive marketplace.
Services at the Smarter Office range from full time Officing through an affiliation with Execu-Suites Office Business Centers, to Virtual Office alternatives designed exclusively to support the growing trend of mobile professionals and those working from home. We offer access to over 600 worldwide locations in addition to our two physical Orlando locations.
Our
Story
In the mid 1990’s Founder Catherine Price, Senior Vice President
of a large national bank, saw a general decline in the ability of larger
organizations to provide swift business decisions, great customer service
and products that were both innovative and flexible. Too often she saw
clients become dissatisfied with large companies' “one size fits
all” philosophy.
Ms. Price , a true entrepreneur at heart, was a firm believer in providing clients with a menu of multiple related services, flexible service offerings and superior customer experience through professional, highly trained and empowered employees.
In June of 1998, Ms. Price took her experience in motivating and training staff, customer service excellence and business operations expertise and started Execu-Suites Office Business Centers.
Located in the heart of downtown Orlando’s business district, Execu-Suites offers full time and virtual office solutions as well as an array of business services designed to provide flexible and highly effective office solutions on an as needed basis. “Our concept is simple,” says Ms. Price. “Provide flexible office space solutions designed to meet the needs of the local entrepreneur as well as the large multinational company, combined with an upscale image and a great location, all at an affordable price”.
In 2002, Ms. Price saw a need in the fast growing Southwest Orlando market. The Southwest Orlando location was opened in October of 2002 on the 3rd floor of the Regions Bank Building on Kirkman Rd. Just minutes from I-4, the Florida Turnpike and Beeline Expressway (State Road 528), this location quickly became a very desirable Full Time Office and Virtual Office space destination.
The Smarter Office
While engaged in expansion plans in 2002, Ms. Price realized the necessity
of staying connected to her staff
while out of the office and became a virtual office client herself. The
Smarter Office was created as a
means of focusing directly on developing, offering and satisfying the
needs of today’s businesses through and array of Virtual Office
solutions. The company recently launched real time online access to booking
conference room space through their online portal bookconferencerooms.com.
